That would be much appreciated. Not sure if someone pissed DM off so he removed all of his posts, or if he just decided he didn't want to share anymore.

Here is one that came off of my Troyer set-up. I think It's the same one DM was using, I don't know what happened to him either, seems to have just folded up his tent and left ???? That piece is 3/4" wide stock.

Received my DC Controller this past week. I mounted the fans today. It was very easy. A little triming and they went right in. Removal of the clutch fan is simple enough. A 10'' pipe wrench and a #10 wrench to hold the pulley still and it spun right off. I haven't wired it yet. I had to remount my intercooler tank to the fans sinnce it use to bolt to the shroud and I installed an addtional cooler for the supercharger while I was down there. I'll probably wire it sometime this week.

I see on the other forum you got your fans on. Anything I should know before I start?

Just be prepared to wait an insane amount of time for the controller. I waited 46 days! Also when you order call him tell him you are running the dual motorcraft fans and therefore you will need the filter to be able to run them both. Other than that it is a very simple install and should only take about two hours.

Are you guys wiring one fan to the controller and the second fan to the ac? Or both fans get controlled by the controller? I read all the posts btw....

Never mind, I found the controller description. Looks like I'll be doing this mod soon.

I have everything that should be needed for this mod for sale, got rid of the truck and never got around to installing any of it, all still brand new in boxes. See my thread in the classified section for more info.

From DC Controllers. I haven't seen it listed. You just have to call.

You DON'T need any filter !...Just do the wiring as per the instructions and forget it. Mine has been running for about a year now with no problems !!
