I have an F250 with the upper center console that is where it was put. After talking with Alpine, they suggested on the drivers side by the headliner, near door.

I think you would experiment with it. It is a noise canceling mic so in a F150 it will sound great...in the F250 you pick up a ton of engine noise. They aren't as quiet as the 150's so you should be fine.

 

Where did you get your blackbird at? I've been in contact with my local shop and they still don't have it yet.

 

Alpine sells in order of preorders. So if your shop didn't preorder when Apline took orders they are now in line.

After that, the dealers with the higher volumes go first.

If I use the b200 w/ w200 will I stil get all the features?(3d mapping,etc.)
I just won't have a docking station, right? Hmmm......I could always customize a mounting place!!
