Running the wire to the back really wasn't ALL that bad even. I used a fish tape and ran it through the frame.

I wish I was that smart I ran mine through the frame too but I just fished for it with my fingers.

Ok - I got a hold of the warehouse today. I can get them for $165 each but there is only 1 problem....they are currently on backorder with no time update on when they might actually be available. Bummer.....
Here is the link to the wheels to make sure they are the correct ones you are interested in:

Those are the correct rims, but that does kinda suck that they are on backorder.

I found them here for $154 a piece, but I'll think about buying the tires from you though once I get my income tax back.

Let's try this again. It looks like several people here have some projects they are in the middle of doing or planning on doing. Let's plan a date in March when we can gather and knock out some mods! I am more than willing to host this at my place in Omaha. 3 car garage (54 Farmall Super M T/A taking up one of the spots) fridge, cable tv, jack stands, air compressor with ratchet and impact, (haven't used those in a while, would have to check and make sure they work). What do you guys think?

Right now, I'm leaning toward March 21 or 28th. Have to clear this with wife, to make sure nothing else going on.

Hey... that sounds awesome... It may be that long before it's nice enough again (besides today that is) to get back to it. And, I think my son should be born before then also...

I am more then willing to accept some help with sound dampening and routing wire in my truck. But seeing as how I am going to have to pull out the entire interior including head liner (which requires me to remove my back window) to do, I would rather stay in Lincoln because of murphy's law always seems to find me when I install. But If there are people that want to see how involved it is or are considering doing it themselves and want to learn on my truck they are more then welcome to come help. It will happen when its warmer out but Cory and I have a pretty nice sized drive way and 2 stall garage to work in. So who knows, but for something like that I would probably change the differential fluid in both of them. It is time I do that anyway so I would probably be in if there was enough interest and it was nice out.

I tried gamers and gamestop. Neither one of them do repairs. I tried contacting a couple people on craigslist but haven't heard from either one.

Sorry I know I am throwing you way off topic here, but is your MTA restored or a project your working on or anything? I have a '54 M for moving hay and stuff around here and for blading snow. Good little tractor!

This is my 1954 Farmall Super M T/A. My Dad bought this back in 1956. This tractor essentially supported our family on a small farm in Iowa. 15 years ago, the engine was locked up and it looked pretty rough. My Dad took his time, rebuilt the engine, put a 12 volt system on it, and we kept it. He passed away last March. I don't do much with it but start it up every couple weeks to keep it fresh. The tires need replacing, and the paint looks much better in the picture than it does in person. I would like to get it repainted sometime, but no one else seems to mind it. I have the only Super M in the neighborhood, that's for sure.

This picture is about 11 years old.
