I def wouldn't do a 20 inch wheel with a 35 inch tire, i dont think it looks good. But you might want to consider a 17" wheel if you can find one you like. its amazing how the price differs between a 17 and a 18. I wish i would have gone with 17's but im stuck with these now. My old boss cut me a bit of a deal at the tire store i used to work at and i still paid $900 (i think it was) for the tires and i mounted and balanced them myself so I didn't have to pay for that. Just my 2 cents for ya to consider.

 

To be honest, I like how the 20" rims look on 35's, but with 18's on 35's, it looks a little more like an offroad truck compared to something thats gonna just be driven on the road it's whole life.

No - wasn't searching for grilled cheese. Just browing and came across it - curiosity made me click the ad and see what was inside. Who in their right mind would be $250 for a piece of toast that is going to rot away in a few weeks??? lol

Looks like 50s again this weekend... Hopefully I can get back to my mods. I ran out of time on Saturday, and Sunday was a total bust.

Ya it sounds like a nice weekend. I am getting ready to start the fiberglassing on the new sub box.



The "DLS NOBELIUM" will be illuminated by 2 30deg LEDS shot from the sides of the acrylic window. It will read whatever the manufacturer of the sub is right now I am leading towards the DLS Nobelium. I have thought about other ideas for the window as well if you have suggestions of what would look cool etched in there just throw them out.

Hey, it's a boring day at work, what can I say.

 

Mods didn't really happen Saturday. I spent the AM with my daughter at swim practice, then some errands for the wife, and stuff for the truck (4ga wire, and conduit to run the power wire under the truck). Got home early afternoon, had time to get my remote starter switches placed finally, played with the camera, but I didn't have the right size hole saw for the bracket I was going to use. So that was a bust. I did plug it in to test. I have a question on the camera lead in the HU if you want to go over the Multimedia forum... Then got a call from a guy at my church needing help to take the nativity set down... After that I said screw it, washed the truck instead.

Sounds about like my weekend. Cory and I ended up moving my girl friend all day Sat even though I had every intention of finishing my speaker pods. Instead ended up washing the truck only to have it snow freaking sunday. And then I at least got the plans of the box done but that is it.
