Ya it was the longest 4 days of my life. Oh well, its back and well worth the wait.

Anyone have any idea how I can get the smell of fresh paint out of the interior of my truck? The smell is overwhelming.

Well, I've recently added a led 3rd brake light with the smoke lens. I think it matches the dark grey frame around the rear window better then the standard red lens. And the other day I won a bid on a 4" LMI Welding rear seat lift. The brake light is in but have yet to get my lift in the mail. Now hopefully I can get my sub under the rear seat.

Sweet any pics? I know that even a small sub adds so much more to the music I can not imagine not having a sub in anyone of my vehicles. Heck I even put on in the boat we used to have.

Well, my sub is actually sitting on top of my rear seat. That's why I bought the rear seat lift. I have a pic of the 3rd brake light but not one of it turned on. I'll have to take some pics of it at dusk with the lights on. But the outside 3 leds on each side light up in white for the cargo light. It wasn't too difficult to hook up as I thought. Just had to peel back the head liner in one corner.

Sorry the pic looks a little blue. I took it with my cell phone.

I haven't looked that closely, but I haven't noticed any moisture inside of it. It seems to be sealed. I'll take a closer look next time.

I met another F150online member yesterday, MBrandl. He has a nice 03 supercrew, with subs, straight pipe dual exhaust, and a few other things. Nice, knowledgable guy. We'll have to try another get together sometime soon. Later, Jumpn

Cool! The more local members the better events we can have!

Finally!!!! New '09 f150

Finally received our very first one. This one is an XLT supercrew with the long 6.5' box on it. Otherwise it is pretty stripped down - doesn't have very many 'extra' features or anything on it. Doesn't even have running boards! But it still looks pretty nice! It's nice to finally see one in person. What do you all think???

It looks good IMO. It has a little bit of the superduty look to it. But all in all, I'd say it's a nice looking truck.

The tailgate is a little different but it looks good for a basic F150. Can't wait to see the KR/Lariat/Platinum versions.

i am glad they didn't change too much about it, i really like they styling. the only thing i dont like is the headlights and grill in the front, doesn't seem to fit the rest of it that well.

Cool. Might have to swing in there this weekend and take a look at it. So far Im not really a fan of the 09s. Didnt like the 04+ styles for a while though either.

I like the looks of it for the most part but before I place final judgment I am going to have to come down to anderson and check them out a little closer.
