Look up 'Stripes Plus' in the phone book. I think his number is 432-2177. He is mobile and has lots of experience and a good reputation as far as I know. He should have books of options of what he has available that you can look through.

Doesnt look too bad.

Its definatley a Lariat though. Has the Lariat pinstripe, you can just start to make out the 'Lariat' lettering in the seats..not the FX4 wheels either.

Agreed - I think I found out that the FX-4 didn't start until 2002 if I am correct?? Does anyone know this for sure?? I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will say 'off road 4x4' on the bed side though. I think that was the 'off road' version before the FX-4 came out. It will be here tomorrow morning. I'm coming in to take a look at it and check it out. I'm pretty excited -

Sweet, I think it is looking like a lariat but it may very well have the offroad package. Like I said in the other thread it would look sweet once you get it lifted. And white on the gravel roads won't get dirt as fast. I would think its a pretty safe truck, if I was in the market and was getting a good deal on it I would have no problem with buying it.

Well, it is the off-road edition. It has all the skid plates just like a fx-4. I did most of the paperwork today except for the actual financing of the truck. They were super busy today so I'm going to do that part on Monday morning when it's not so busy. I have approx. 3 weeks to get the stuff removed from my current lease. So - here is a quick grocery list of parts that will be for sale here in a few more weeks:
  • Pro-Comp Stage I 6" Lift Kit (easily upgradeable to Stage II) Will come with all parts and instructions and original boxes too if wanted. $950
  • 35"x12.50x17 BFGoodrich KM2 Tires with approx. 7,000 miles on them. Perfect wear + Rotated every 3k miles $900
  • 17"x9" Pro-Comp Xtreme Alloy Wheels. 4.75" backspacing $400
  • Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover Velcro for 5.5' bed $150
  • Edge Evolution Programmer with Black Dash Pod $300
  • Ford OEM Low Profile Bug Deflector (Black) $40
Click the link in my Sig for the pics of the parts as they are currently installed on the truck. Let me know if anyone has any questions or interests. I'm not going to advertise anywhere else for a couple more weeks.

Have a great weekend and Happy Holidays!!

Nice! Congrats on the new truck

Might possibly be interested in quite a bit of that actually, depending on price. (lift, wheels/tires maybe, bug deflector)

Congrats on the purchase Ty! Hey shoot me a pm with what you are wanting to get out of the tires/rims and lift? I am interested in it and if the price is right I will definitely have to pick some stuff up.

Should've listed prices from the get-go. Sorry guys - I updated my original post - just scroll up a little bit and the prices are now listed on everything.
I will post a SOLD next to the stuff starts to disappear....

Nice Purchase, good luck with the mods, will look forward to seeing the new truck around town. I see the current truck around now.

I am in Lincoln, and am on the forum often, just don't post much. Some day I will get a photo of my truck up hear. Just got it leveled, now have to get tires.

I'm from outside of Omaha. I didn't bother but skimming the section, but how much do you want for your 35's? what percentage of tread is left? I need to fix that damn rake on my truck, I HATE how the front sits lower than the back. I love when trucks are LEVEL.
