That greg with the side markers is the guy to get them from. I'm getting a set of those for mine this X-mas along with a new gauge, scotts steering dampner, and some other toys.

Pipe close up

Fender kit

I'm going to have to load the bike in the back of the L and head out to Cali!!! I hope we get those damn ships so I can move out there already. This job is taking forever to close the deal.

Cool

That's KPH not MPH. He changes from first to second gear at 80 around 10 grand (which is not even tached out).

Joe go get on your bike and tach out first. You should have to change to second at about 60 MPH.

When he slows down to 100 it looks like he's doing about 60 MPH. 100 KPH is about 62 MPH.

European sportbike have had the horsepower limited for years. Supposedly 100 HP but I don't know how close they are staying to that number.

Nope. Check it again. The kph numbers are on the inside track of the speedo. That is a 240+ mph bike.

dude thats MPH.

And those turbo busa's have a conservative 300 rear wheel HP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!! they made one with 340 HP for a stunt man before.

I don't know about you but 300 HP on a bike is just crazy!!!

Cool

Joe,

I looked at it again and it does have KPH on the inside with MPH on the onside. Your right it's 200 plus MPH. Is that the stock speedo because I know the R1 doesn't go that fast stock. The Busa holds that crown and after 2000 they started limiting the top speed on them (according to the guys at the track).

What's redline on the R1? I know the 94 ZX9 I use to have redlined around 12 grand. He is not taching it out for some reason so no telling what he's done to it.

well that would be sweet if that was a R1 doing that buts its a Busa in that video.

the R1 doesn't have the top speed like the busa but it runs the quater just a tick quicker. The R1 is probably one of the smallest 1000 cc bikes out ther fro when I rode them at the shop.

the only thing I didn't ride was a honda but that guy didn't carry them.

The R1 felt the nicest out of them all and I liked the way it looked the best too, so it was the choice for me.

I'm never really going to go that fast that often so whats 220mph when you can do 180+?
