I just spent an hour(counting bathroom breaks and watching the Iraq saga) reading this thread. I even went back and read some posts twice thinking that my mind was playing tricks on me.

This all started with a quest to build a 5.4 32v with blower and to have a 9 second truck...correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not.

OK, so this very patient person has waited for his dream to come true for longer than it takes to build a shopping center.

Now, it is the eve of fullfillment, and after 9 months we get to read the end result.

I am really excited by the promise of seeing a JDM built 32valve motor with the 112 blower. Anything less and I will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the "stories" are true. No matter what kind of candy coating is put on it.

My last comment on this is more of a question that I really couldn't care less if it is answered.

I did not read one post by anyone that was negative against Bill. Why have the posts that ask reasonable questions about questionable issues been deamed Bashing or non-supportive?

Good luck to you Bill, and I am sincerely hoping that all works out in a way that truly makes you happy with your project.
Your a man after my own heart in the desire to have a 9 second L.

Sorry but the picture of the blower in the original post, sitting on the 4 Valve is a Whipple 201. It's bigger than a 140, and it will be awesome.

Bill,

I hope I didn't give you or anyone else the impression that I thought you were hiding anything. It has been clear from the beginning that you're very excited about this project. This thread seems to indicate that many people are. If the Cobras are any indication, the 4V heads should result in an incredible 5.4 SC motor.

Good luck with your truck.

Cool

Jim@JDM posted earlier this afternoon about Bill picking up his truck. It must have turned ugly because it's gone now.

not for nothing

maybe because i'm in the service buisness and i understand the situation.........even if Jim only offered to charge me 10% of what was done, i would refuse and pay him for everything that was done. That's just the type of guys I am

Glad you got it back Bill, now lets see YOU post something about it.

I really dont care what the particulars are of the final outcome of the truck, I am just happy that you got it back, but I would like to know if after 1 1/2 years if you are happy and still feel that you can 100 percent recommend JDM to someone wanting to go thru a similar experience. Thanks.
