It should all be coming to an end soon. I can't wait to get this out testing. All good things come to those who wait...

i bet those made you feel a little better, unless you went down and took them yourself, then you probably just drooled all over your truck. Looks good guy, you'll be behind the wheel soon.

Bill,

That motor is just simply monsterous looking!

Though one side note/thought... what about the transmission being able to take the easy 700HP and ungodly amounts of torque?

Well first off, thanks for all of the positive feedback and support.
And thank you Justin for sending me some pictures, and please find the time to keep sending me update pictures. They really do cheer me up to see it progressing, any pictures of it coming together makes me know I will have it back soon.

I would tell you guys what the numbers that Jim is (shooting for) are but I think I will wait until I have it back and have a dyno sheet to back it up. You see, I told a couple of my local friends what the projected numbers are and then they told someone, and they told someone else. You know how that viscous cycle works, before you know it everyone is talking *****. Anyway, it got back to one of the local speedshops near my house, (this is the guy that fills my nitrous bottles) and he has a complete shop with a motor dyno and a chassis dyno and he told the guys who told him the numbers that there is no way that I will be turning numbers like that, and that I stroke it way to much. He also said I could strap it down on his dyno and he would make me out to be an idiot. So with all that going on in my home town I think I will hold off and see what it is first.

As far as the transmission goes Jim has a Factory Tech Monster Box all built for me just crying to go in.

And just so you don't forget about the nitrous system, it is a progressive system that will shoot 50 to 100 out of the hole and pulse in up to about a 250 shot. It should be a great setup and one hell of a fun ride. I get happier everyday that I receive some pictures with it being closer to coming home. I can't wait to get this BAAAAAD-BOY to the track for some testing.

So lemme get this straight.........

A 4V 5.4 with a 250 shot and a Whipple

You might have the heaviest vehicle to ever run in the 9's.

Looks awesome. That would be the Engine i saw under wraps at JDM HEHE. As for the local speed shop guy let him talk all he wants. When the beast is ready go use his dyno and make him look like the fool. Boy people just plain suck someone always trying to knock you down. Dont you just love when you spend your hard earned money on something and someone trys to tell you its not what its gonna be. Oh yea i also saw a few of those BAD AZZ Factory_Tech Monster Boxes sitting there. Those things are just awesome .

Cant wait to see the numbers Bill. Will you be at the the JDM day would be nice to finally meet you to?
