blow off valve

well i just got my lightning and i was wondering if you can get a blow off valve like the turbos have just wondering/

Nope!

There's no point in a blow-off valve in a supercharged engine when the supercharger is after the throttle.

There's essentially no way for any over boost to occur (except for the patented "bad thing(tm)")

If you're going for the ricer look/sound, you can always buy simulators

i'm sure you could stick one on there.. but my question would be "Why?".

i'm sure someone has a link to the electronic BOV machine that you can buy.. all the other ricers have one.

Get one of those handheld CO2 powered bicycle tire inflators. Every time the truck shifts give it a quick PFFFFT!!

hmm...

Actually it would be almost impossible to put the blow-off valve anywhere there is actually boost...

I mean you've got from the bottom of the S/C to the top of the intake. I guess you could put one right into the intercooler...

We can disable the boost bypass. Disconnecting the wire will set a code in the computer, but there are other options. Here are a few threads. You can also do a search to find more info.
