A while back I bought a JDM boost bypass kit. I lost the instructions, does anybody have them to share so I can complete the install?

It helps if you are running above stock boost levels. If you try to raise your boost above stock the stock computer will dump the boost if you go above 8 psi. This bypasses the stock boost dump solenoid and allows you to keep accelerating...

So it helps, if you have other mods that take advantage of it.

That's my understanding of how it works. That sound right to everyone else?

 

Sheesh... there are two (2) pink lines, the most visible of which is the top one into the canister thingy on top of the bypass solenoid. So if you play it by ear, and try to wing it yourself without seeing the instructions, you dont accomplish a damn thing.

Always love to see my truck running slower due a change I made in error...

Thanks for the scan there, it helped me to straighten this thing out correctly, and get back several pounds of missing boost.
