Hit 140 on a few occasions with the lightning. Seems as though it REALLY runs out of steam when it hits the 140 mark. But hit 150-155 in my brothers '02 6spd C5, still pulling. Gotta love those vettes!

Well I had my L for no longer than 10 minutes and was on the turnpike wide open to about 135mph then realized that I could push it a little more. And I did.Got to my block and showed one of my neighboors that I could hit 100mph before the end of the block. And I did.( Bye the way my old man was with me on the 135-140 run,He was thrilled As I was)I'll tell ya thats the fastest Ive ever went but at 135+mph my nadz started to tuck!

Uhu, so explain this to me... if all the 380 hp lightnings are dying out just after 140, how does a 200 hp v6 f150 hit 135?

stick with 2 over drive gears, less weight, overall gearing. . . I think aerodynamics has more to play in it than horsepower. This is no claim that a v6 f150 can go 135, but it really wouldn't surprise me too too much

Although 135 kmph wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Oh yeah 150 mph lexus ls400

203 with a GPS topped out on my Hayabusa. Set up for 9/10 of a mile it does 197.4 GPS in that distance. I love all the high MPH from speedos. Very innacurate. GPS is the way to go here.

130 in the L.

Pegged the speedo out at 160 in both my 95 and 97 Cobras. I know the speedos weren't accurate though.

Hit 127 in my '00 GT - it was governed or I probably would have had it much faster.

And I hope to hit 160+ in a Nascar style car this weekend. I'm doing the Richard Petty Driving Experience at Texas Motor Speedway.
