Gitchi Manitou:

That would really be cool, I know my truck was no where close to being in the top anything but I think that it looks pretty good and I had the only lowered gen2. Is there anyone that could scan the pages of this article and post them or send them to me. I looked all over for the Aug. issue and all I could find was the July issue. If I have to wait I can but It would be awesome if someone could post it for us that don't have this issue yet.

I dont have a scanner, or I would have by now Maybe someone else with the issue already??

Great TECH on NITROUS once again with this issue. Everything you wanted to know about nitrous, and more. There's even a new kit available from NX for the 99 and newer returnless fuel system Mustangs. Very cool

It's not up yet, but I guess it will next week some time. www.musclemustangfastfords.com

Question

Looks like yours made the opening spread. Dave McShane is talking to a gentleman at the tree, and I believe yours is to his right.

Could anyone verify if my truck made it into the article? If it did that would be so cool

Bill,
It does look like your truck with the grille and clear corners as well. Dave McShane is standing next to Jim D'Amore. You see L Bob head on in the right lane, Rick in the left lane. And about 7 other pieces of front ends. Were you #16? then its you

Question

Hey Spiro, is my truck in the picture? I can't see how it couldn't be, I was the second truck back with only Lightning Bob in front of me.

LOL...how could I miss that, it is. But you only see your drivers side. Only the parking lamp, and red side view mirrors and if you look through L Bob's rear window, you could tell that it a PSP truck by the banner

People !!!!

In all of this turmoil we have forgotten a really great truck that kicked everyone's ***. It was a red Gen 1 that cruised to a couple 11.9's at the end of the day. Did anybody get that persons name ??? I believe he left before that last group photo was taken. BTW, it was more like a 30+ mph wind that day not 15 like in the article. I had a nice wind burn to prove it.

Brian,
No hard feelings. All is well, just be cool about things that really have nothing to do with you...
How about this...let's make things a little interesting for me and you, and especially the L community that loves to read this stuff as much as us.
I Challenge HANKFAN to a Grudge-Match at the MM&FF Lightning Shoot-out C'mon Brian, you gonna make the trip up to NJ for that? Best out of 3 or 5 if you like

Well there is your 15 minutes of fame, just imagine if you had the 20" rims on it then, you might have made the cover.

Cool

there was a fast 1st gen at the JDM event
I did meet a guy from PA, that had a 1993 Red with a Cervini hood that he towed there in a box trailor with a F350 Xtra cab. His name was Todd Miller, his Lightning had about 9000 miles and was totally built, it caught my attention because like myself he was running Convo Pro rims on his truck.
All and all it was a great event, and I am looking forward to this years "Fords at Englishtown" in OCT.
see you then.

Some of you guy's act just like spoiled little brats and it turns me and other off
on a very useful message board if properly used.

All this bickering, whining and I don't know any of the PMS (PSP)guys (LOL) but just by your persona I would never put you on the front page of any magazine, except maybe MAD. I mean what the hell is Spiro going off on Hankfan without even reading the magazine article. This was once a very useful board and still has much potential if we could utilize some of the expertise knowledge and just knockoff the BS.

Asdeman- You're still alive! LOL. It's been awhile since I have seen you post. I just wanted to let you know that you are the one who is to blame for me spending way to much money for a hood. After seeing a picture of your L with the AAD hood I just had to have one on mine.
