WEll, i guess I expected respect at least, is that too much? There are quite a few RTS running in the 12s, 13s, and even 1 in the 11s (that is on the net). I think my bro is going the way of Nitrous and I'll probably go the way of an WSC when I get my RT (personal preference, would never own a Lightning, just don't like the looks and the riced out 01 is even worse). GO_RILA, are you Rolling Thunder? If so, there are quite a few who doubt you even own an L. YEs, we were the ones kicked from the Nzi RT list, and am damn proud of it I am now a proud member of the DML which is 1000s times better than the overstrict RT board. ANd I really disagree all RT owners are punks. A few yes, but you run into that with Lightnings too, so are all of you guys punks? The funny thing is, the only L (2nd gen) in the area is always cruising Friday and Saturday being driven by a 16 year old "punk". It just seems that you think the L is the baddest thing on Earth, well, that's your opinion, but not fact. WEll, I'm outta here.

In your wildest dreams a Lightning would have to wait for you to slow down before he passed you. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Do you have any idea how long it takes a Lightning to get to 40 MPH? Ever heard the phrase "Right Now!!!"? That's how long it takes. So go back to your dirty mouthed 16 year old friends and try to sell them this stuff. More mature drivers know it is all BS.

FIgures. Typical Lightning owner answer. It happened, my brother was there. They guy may not have been able to drive, but what kind of idiot can't drive an automatic? I think we would have passed me without me slowing down if the road had been longer, but as it goes. He lost, I won. Don't be so confident bd, you'll get burned. The only mosds the RT had at the time was a muffler (big whoop) and the Mopar PCM. Guess the Lightning just isn't up to all the hype.

Hahaha. No rt culd beat my lighting! It's real fast and purdy too! I paid 35k plus 2000 in mods and I'm still only in da high 12s whilest other have spent just 25k on their rts abd are in the low 12s. but still i am better becuz i own a lighting and it is awesome and it is fast and i get women with it and my mom likes it and my sister likes it too! i even made up a sotry about beatin an rt with that had a SC that dun't even exist cuz i wanted to show peeple i was bad!@ cuz i am bad! i rule fools!

Duck 01, I have been out of HS for years. I am taking a semester off from college, so I'm home tomorrow. You to, are a typical L owner. Knowing a truck that cost 10k less beat a Lightning is just bruising your ego so bad. It happened. Wish you were there. You'd be a believer. Until then, I'll be having fun in the 99 RT and the 00 or 01 I'm geting ready to pick up.
