I know you have the GT35 precision turbos.... you said earlier you were using a pair of SC61s....

I had a buddy with a single SC61 .63 a/r stage 5 wheel on a civic with a b18>>2.0 liter. It made 505whp on pump gas at 19psi. Made 606whp on 28 psi with race gas. that is with 2.0 liters of displacement and 28 lbs of boost. Of course it had an 8800rpm redline but just an fyi on what the SC61 is capable of. Have another friend with an SC61 on a turbo buick regal making 550whp, single turbo, 3.8 liters.

I personally believe this thing is going to be a beast... nice work dude!

The GT35 and the 61 series turbos use the same wheels. They both use 61mm compressor wheels. The turbine wheels on mine have a .58 a/r

Thanks...I've been told by numerous people to expect some sick HP out of it when it's done, but I refuse to believe it until I see it. I don't want to get my expections up and not make it. If I can eventually make 800 RWHP that's probably as high as I'll take it. What started as my goal for 650 RWHP at low boost on pump gas and relatively low budget (for a project like this anyway) has taken me down a road I never expected to go. Hopefully it turns out at least as good as I first intended it to.

I will be using pass side manifolds on both sides, and the one for the drivers side would definitely not work with a stock Lightning water/oil adapter assembly. The manifold on the drivers side will have to have a wedge cut out and re-angled to point the correct direction as well. I will be running a remote oil filter and cooler assy. to eliminate that problem.

OK, how about a couple now that I picked up my passenger side valve cover today? I also put my injectors in the rails, and made some spacers so I could use my stock Lightning 8 rib idler pulleys on the NAVI front cover. I'll be working on splicing the Lightning and Navigator engine wiring harnesses together Wed night.

Looking very good. Look at the alignment of your intake manifold gasket against the sully intake the water outlet hole on my drivers forward barley lines up. It would have been an issue for sure. I'm going to weld some filler in there for the gasket then smooth it out so it can seal. Also I'm curious if you went with the 2003 cobra head gaskets for your install as I did.

Id like to jump in here and say that I never believed you would stop there. As we were on the road to pick up the block, I never believed you would stop there, but instead MAYBe and I stress MAYBE start there. But I knew that wouldnt be the end. If there was an opening for possibly more power you were going to try to make it, and thats awesome. You were only kidding yourself.
