What size pipe is your headers made of?? THey look kinda small. Does this help spooling??

Thanks! Believe it or not, that pipe is bigger than the stock manifolds were. Also, the headers will transition to 2.5" pipe which will have the turbo flange welded to it.

Project is coming along nicely I see. Wondering if you could anser a quick question for me. Will a 2 inch TB adapter riser work or will I have a clearance issue.

I have a 1" riser on mine. There looks to be plenty of clearance for a 2", but I'll measure it this afternoon for you and report back.

Here are a couple more pics showing the plenum/firewall relationship. The first pic here is WITHOUT the 1" riser, 2nd pic I have it on.

Your pictures of the log style headers is exactly what I wanted. Now I know that they will fit. Any idea where you will route the return pipes?

Yes. The downpipes will be running right beside the headers and exit the engine compartment the same way the stock manifolds/midpipes did. I'll definitely post pics.

Thanks it looks from those 2 different pics that it should have no problem clearing the firewall.

One turbo mounted. That is not my comp housing BTW. They are using that one to test fit so my polished one doesn't get scratched up.

A 2" will work fine. There's plenty of room.

Just an update...that pipe is 1 3/4", schedule 10, 304 stainless for all that wanted to know.
