Thanks guys, but that filter was just for temporary use while I drove the truck to the shop with no turbos on it. I will have dual chrome filters, each on the end of a 4" polished aluminum tube for the finished product.

Aw, Im sure the chrome will rock, but how can that thing not give you a semi lob? That thing would rock on a red truck (or any truck).

Awesome Shock....I knew that could be done.

I was thinking the other day that it would be better to carry the downpipe around the steering column than under the crossmember like the PTK kit. And now I see exactly what I had pictured (yes, I realize the ABS will have to be relocated or removed)

Very nice setup; as said they need to take some notes and make a kit. Just fix the custom headers for some 2valve heads and a way to hookup to a traditional L intake

Shock,

Just a few questions. Is there enough room for the inner fender wells. It is hard to tell by the pictures but it looks very close. I would also like to know where you got the T fittings to make the header log.

Thanks

JMC

Keep in mind Shock is running twin turbo = twin downpipe and the other one is a single. This is much cleaner. That downpipe under the cross member setup is a hack job short cut.

Yeah I knew it was a twin setup, I just liked the fact that I saw what I had pictured in my head.

My truck is Wayyy too low for the under the crossmember type of downpipe. I measured 5" from my crossmember to the ground on my street tires and 4" on my Hoosier skinnys.

I really wanted to buy the PTK kit when Jody first mentioned it a few months ago, but now it looks like I will just have to build my own kit this winter.

Oh well, till then I will be installing a MP T70 Turbo on my 93L in a couple of weeks

There is plenty of room for the inner fender wells. The driver side has about 2" of clearance. The pass side rubs in a few spots, but the downpipes will be coated with 2000+ coating, and I will also be wrapping the pass side one in a few spots where it rubs, and also putting a radiant heat shield in the same spot(s).

The shop doing my turbos bought the "T's", I don't know where they got them, sorry.
