Teflon flaking occurs on almost all blowers, modded or not.

At what point does to much porting compromise the strength of the case?

yes, but the extent will vary.

That's a hard question to answer. Just porting the triangle doesn't bring up any issues, but if you are going to add as second hole like we do you really need to test your design and find out what works the best. You also shouldn't open it up too far back.

 

Man you did open that up! Did you radius the inside of the opening or leave it square?
