Hummm interesting info. I was actually told by a supporting vendor here that the longtubes and cats would be worth about 25/30 HP on a 6lb pullied L. Can that be right? So it seems like exhaust is a waste of money?

I would buy them just for the sound. I love the nice deep loud tone. Set off car alarms. Wake up people a half mile away when I go full throttle(this is a fact). It is just amazing. -Mat-

Jim and Sal,
you two need to work out your petty problems. You both do an disservice to yourselves and the forum. Get it over already, either fight it out or check and see who manhood is bigger or (god forbid) act your age and realize that you don't have to get along or be friends, but you can act professional
That is what you'd have us believe isn't it?

what ...

Who cares ...

I'll buy WTF I want - when I want it ...

I mean why wouldn't you want to spend over $1200 on an exhaust system that gives you lots of scarry sound and on top of that you get a 'couple' of extra horsies under the hood - WTF more do you want ...

and furthermore as far as these tuner wars go - I hope they continue to fight and scratch at each others ***** forever, keeps the competition going and that only makes for better pricing ...

thank you, thank you, thank you very much...

If you are trying to make fun of me with that post I just have to laugh. I love the sound of my exhuast. I also like the power increase I got. All I was saying is it is worth it just for the sound. I am sorry if you don't feel that way. To each his own. -Mat-

Scary sound and a few measley horsepower for 1200 bucks??? Did I stumble upon the Honda forum?? How about a whistle tip and maybe one of those fake blowoff valves? Prices are getting ridiculous as it is....I see why now.

Yep...all smiles here now! My 1500 bucks is still in my wallet...

in all honesty i would rather get a monster box for a couple hundred more than a "nice sounding" 1500 dollar full exhaust...

Do you have a kooks trade in program Sal?

??? what doesn antifreeze have to do with headers? did Sal have antifreeze in his headers? if so...so what? im just curious as to how this applies. or is this just tuner bashing? if you had antifreeze in your pipes would it make it any different than if Sal or JDM had crap in their pipes?

im sure these headers are very comparible in gains, so just stick with the tuner you love. (im partial to Cactus Jack myself)
