This is a little confusing, Sal. If this book is printed, how is it a secret? And certainly any "private" data put in the book ain't private once it gets in there.

When was the last one published?

Does the 1999 agreement give Shelby the right to inspect this information?

SAAC has been around since 1975. Collecting data, and being the keepers of all things Shelby. Carroll turned his back on Ford and his previous cars in the late 60s. The last few years of vintage Shelbys never even saw Shelby, they were built at Ford.
The last cars that were originaly built by Carroll Shelby in Los Angels, CA. ended in 1967. In 1968 -1970 they were mostly built in Metuchen, NJ. & a few in Canada.... I wouldn't say Shelby turned his back on the cars but pretty much ran out of money & funding at that time & turned it over to Ford.
I agree with a lot of what your saying Sal... The whole thing stinks!!!
I forgot about Carroll trying to sue everyone for building the kit car 427 AC Cobra's.... They are the #1 most Sold Kit car's in the World!!
