It's unfair to compare the REM truck, IMO, since they don't have any numbers for their combo. Besides, their truck is tubbed with a 4-link, unlike the other tuners who use stock style suspension. Regardless, this year should be great for our hobby.

What difference would that make on a dyne? And what difference would that make if the blowers were run on the same truck?

And I guess we know who CAN'T keep a secret............................eh Spencer?

If a comparison were seriously considered the only real way to do it would be to have a 3rd party that wasnt involved do the compare.

There are far too many ways to skew results to leave the comparison to a competitor..

I fully support Rob's idea as long as he agrees to sell me the blower he doesn't like cheap

Didn't know it was a secret; at least a dozen people have told me about it. Regardless, my point is your truck will have a tremendous advantage at the track, so it won't be an apples to apples comparison with JL.

With all this back and forth on the different blowers, I decided to go with a different blower. Wish me luck, cuz I think I might need it..................

**edit** And I will not be telling Spencer how this will work!

I talked to chris last summer about the 201,and if there would be any streetability, with one installed.
He basically said that with a 201 installed,in his opinion,an L would not be very streetable.

Has anyone run one of these yet[prototype]?
Is there any info at all about running a 201 on an L from any prototype user/s?

Also,am i to understand that Lysholm makes the 140,201 rotars, casings ect with eaton bearings?

Just trying to get an idea if a truck could be driven to a track and raced, cruised around in the city, driven on the interstate,or any of the above while running a 201,without too much hassle.

I hope that JL, Jim and PSP don't turn there L's into all out drag trucks. Like stated above then you are not comparing apples to apples when you compare street trucks to all out race trucks. I could care less what kind of ET you can run if you can't put the factory tires on it and drive it comfortably on the street. This is nothing against all our race trucks but I hope the Big (3) keep there trucks streetable so that we all have something to compare to!

Thank you Doug, that is exactly what I'm saying, and why I'm the perfect person to do that comparison.
