Can anybody tell me what the average list/selling price of the Edge as we would be getting it, at most popular vendors. Just figuring out what my saving would be if I jumped on now versus buying later?

Sounds good to me, I said to give them a chance and I think they have had enough time to respond....
If someone contacted me wanting to buy 10,000.00 dollars plus worth of glass, you would have a quote with in the hour....two at the most....

Tical84

I sent you and e-mail about me being a potential buyer, but don't see myself in the list. The only thing that is holding me back is I need to know the final price, or atleast a close estimate. You can e-mail me at "jcarr96@hotmail.com" (remove the "s).

As I noted earlier in this thread, I did finally hear back from Performance Products on Thursday evening, they are interested in being involved in the Group Purchase and I provided my contact there with Tical's contact information. I don't think Tical has heard back from them yet (based on what I had read earlier in the thread), but he would know better than I at this point.

If you enter "2005", "ford", and "F-150" a window comes up stating there is no Edge available for that model. I believe that price is for some of the diesels.

Jim,

I have no idea about what is on the Performance Products website, what the pricing is, or how it pertains this particular group purchase. My original thread that included a link to their site (the link I am assuming you are referencing here?) was really put there to demonstrate that one of our site sponsors carries Edge products AT THE TIME OF THAT POST, not necessarily to cite that the specific product for this group purchase (though it does appear that way). Things may have changed on their site, I have no idea. Let's let Tical handle this from this point forward, as I really don't know what is going on and adding another hand in the pot is not going to help anyone. (unless tical specifically contacts me for some reason)

Just one last comment on this before I disappear.

In my opinion, you owe this site and its sponsors the common courtesy of at least waiting to hear back from Performance Products. If you want to set a deadline of Monday evening, then fine, but don't set the deadline as Sunday morning, a day when most businesses are not even open, especially given that the contact information was not provided until late Thursday evening.

As I said, I provided them with Tical's contact information and you have to give them the opportunity to at least respond. If you are not willing to do that, I am not going to risk alienating our source of revenue that keeps this site free for your use and allow future group purchases.

You and everyone else involved in this group purchase are using the collective bargaining power of this free advertiser supported community of F150online.com to make this possible and you owe our sponsors the opportunity to be involved.

It probably should be noted as I don't want to mislead anyone or have them pay more than they have to. If our sponsor cannot or is not willing to offer the best deal, you obviously don't have to go with them.

That Attitude is what hooks up to the diesels after you hook up the juice controller. The Attitude was not designed for us. It is a previously designed product from Edge. It does not do any actual reprogramming. I'm not sure how we will repogram our trucks (through a specifically designed Attitude for our trucks, a Juice controller, or an Evolution type controller). If any body knows.....please share.

I'm willing to wait for the sponsors answer for a reasonable amount of time into next week. It ain't life or death for me.
Besides I won't be installing for awhile as my 2005 Scab 4x4 goes to the dealer for shimmes, shakes, and a clunk on Jan. 10 and it could take awhile to get it to my satisfaction. I'm definately in the buy group.

I'm with Steve. If I can wait a few days and save 50-100 bucks, while at the same time supporting this site, it's worth it. It's not like this is a part that I need to repair my truck. Just another toy.
