Question of the Week: Which looks better - 2014 or 2015 F150
For our Question of the Week, we want to know which F150 you think looks better based on nothing more than appearance.
Ignore the technology, the new engines, the lightweight body and everything else that makes the 2015 F150 - just make your pick in the poll above based on which truck looks better in your opinion.

The outward appearance of the 2015 trucks ranges considerably. I looked at a Platinum that was a nice looking truck. But it's more than most folks are going to spend on a truck. The FX4 had to be the ugliest truck I've seen in a long time. It was white and I thought it was an XL cheapo. The ever popular and largest selling segment XLT was not a particularly good looking truck.

It depends on the trim level. The white FX2 that the original story posted looks DEAD sexy. If the 2015 had an equal counterpart (I understand Ford dropped the FX2/4), I'm sure it would help me decide.
For appearance, its a close call. I love the look of the truck above, but the 2015 is in close second. If I were to by one, I'd get a white 2015 for sure.

Maybe they will grow on me once I see them in person, but the first thing I think about when I see the 2015 models is that they tried a little too hard on the front end! Sometimes less is more, and makes for a cleaner, more memorable design......
I've also been a little underwhelmed by the overall extent of the 2015 re-do. While I understand that a ton of change occurred in the switch to an aluminum body and the new powertrains, I think the overall exterior design amounted to little more than a new front clip and a little freshening-up of the rump -- the side views look very much the same to me.....

Ummmm, the FX4 package is back to being an option like it was on the 2002-2003 trucks. It is available on the XL too. You probably were looking at a poverty spec XL, that's why it looked cheap.
