Hey OG there is a real good exercise you can do at home too.
Put your hands on the edge of the table palms down.
Wrap your thumbs around to the bottom of the table.
Place your feet right between the legs of the chair.
Take a deep breath and hold it for about a 3-count.
Now PUSH!
jk buddy, keep up the good work. Who knows after awhile you might even make room in the back of that awsum truck for your mountian bike when you go off roading, you know-just for back up!

Yesterday was the first stepping stone I tripped over while continuing my journey to enjoying a healthy life.
I, fell off my mountain bike going down hill at about 15 mph, hit a pile of sand and took the plunge. Luckily nothing broke but I sustained a severe laceration all the way to the bone on my left elbow which required 6 stitches; I also severely Bruce my left knee. Yesterday evening I was in tremendous amount of pain but I refused to take any pain medication cause I'ma MAN, I can handle it . This morning I woke up with almost no pain and ready to get back on my bike,........by Monday.
I am getting quite a bit of complements by people who saw me last at 215lbs; this morning I weighted at 182lbs. I've lost the belly and had to shop for a new wardrobe, I'v gone from a size 40 waist back to a 36,........ life is good.
Yesterday after the fall.
Picture taken this morning.

Ouch! I don't suppose you'd consider wearing pads, would you?
I know I wouldn't. I have enough heartburn over putting on a helmet when I ride my bike. Never had a helmet when I was a kid and I survived numerous falls just fine.
But, your progress on weight is super! How is the battle against diabetes coming along?

Thanks Jack, I had been considering purchasing some protection in the past and after yesterday I can see how it would've benefited me tremendously; but then again, should've could've and would've is what the world is full of.
I will NO longer be caught off guard, below are links to the items I just now purchased.
I will see the diabetes specialist at the end of July; I'm anxious to see what my A1C level will read. So far since the beginning of this thread I have been running impressive glucose levels ranging from 90-109 when I get up in the morning and 117-121, at the highest, 2hrs after dinner.
