Felt it in Allen Park, MI. Thought the first shake was just a little nasea, but on the second shake I could see my monitor moving. Everyone that was sitting felt it, but those who were walking didn't notice anything.

Looks like there was damage to the National Cathedral. Serious damage.

That's sad. The quake in Christchurch, New Zealand pretty much destroyed the beautiful old cathedral there, along with thousands of people's homes. Quakes are not fair - they just happen.

Also it looks like the Washington Monument has cracks. It is currently closed.
I expect they will find a lot more damage as nothing on the east coast was design for earthquakes and many buildings are centuries old.

New York and Newark ARTCC towers were evacuated. No tremors were reported in the air. And one US Airways pilot did file a pilot report reporting slight turbulence on the south ramp @ KJFK

Felt in the parking lot at work here in Lexington, sc. Fely like someone was pushing down on my bumper a few fines. Actually got out to see if one of my coworkers wasn't messing with me...

I heard there is a large crack at the White House too and it's leaking BS. Had to call in the Hazmat crews, very toxic stuff. They traced the source all the way to Martha's Vinyard!
