Anybody on here into photography? I'm no pro, but I love taking pictures. Just wondering if anyone else on here has the same passion. Wanted to start up a little thread to share pictures in.

I do. I don't have anything special, just a basic Nikon D40, 18-55mm. I would love a telephoto 300mm though.

I like shooting but don't shoot enough to warrant the purchase of a DSLR. I have just a Sony Cyber-shot H20/B Digital Camera I am still figuring out. :o

ME, ME! I just bought a XTi in immaculate condition. Should have it in my hands by Wednesday.

Fdime, how do you like that 28-135?

WWII museum in New Orleans. In my mind, the best engine ever produced thus far.

Rolls Royce made
1,700hp
Located in the best looking planes to date (P51 and Spitfire)
Direct mounted Centi-charger
Sound is amazing
It was also very fuel efficient for its time

I bet if that exact motor ever ran/runs, it sounds just as beautiful as it looks.

glad this thread is gettin some feedback!! It's just a hobby for me, $7000 tho???? that's more than I paid for my bike lol. and dirtyd, it shoots like a dream. I know it's not the best lens but it's more than powerful enough for what I shoot. That picture with the split sky and the shadow stork (guessing on what kinda bird haha) is amazing. I love the b&w barn, the g35, the camp road & the engine too. Guess I'll throw up some of my shots too

I take pictures of anything. What I don't like to shoot is people tho.. I love photography though. Plan on learning a lot more about the technique as the time becomes available.
