Does anyone know where I can get new lower intake manifold bolts? I have a 2007 4.2L F150. Either exact replacements or the actual bolt sizes so I can order them that way.

Well im not sure. The ones I need are 2 different lengths and are hex flanges with a shank at the end ill attach a few picture I have when I measured them with a tape.

The longer bolt about 70mm

Shorter about 40mm

 

Go to a parts store, Ford dealer, and/or a hardware store and see if you can match them up.

 

The only way I was able to get ahold of these is by going to my local dealership parts counter. For anyone who plans on replacing their lower intake manifold gaskets if you happen to snap a bolt or just want to replace them, thats the only place I could find them.

As of May 20th, 2026 the bolts cost:
Per Long Bolt : $18.56
Per Short Bolt: $9.40

Guy at the counter gave me a discount, ridiculous prices for bolts. Hoped this helps someone and goodluck.
