Is on the south-eastern side of the Sea of Tranquility. Besides, you'd need a telescope thats over 4 miles long to see something as small as a flag (disregarding the atmosphere, of course)

Thanks, they don't really last that long or stay still, so it took awhile to get that shot. For a little rundown of what is going on, the pilots are doin' a "combat" start. Fire off the number one engine with the APU, then bump up power on number one to start number two while the copilot is using the APU to start 3 then 4. But to lessen the chance of movement, the pilot uses power reverse, and you can see the thrust reverser doors slid back. They are P&W F-117-100 motors which are basically hopped up 757 units with reverse, and suck so much air in creating a low pressure towards the center that collects any moisture making the cool little funnel.
