That would definitely make a good postcard if it were B&W

Early 70's Technology

A few months ago I found some devices I worked on back in the early 70's. The device was a ceramic packaged device with a GaAs chip containing 64 IR LEDs. This device was used in an optical character reader machine for the banking industry.
