Ok, I recently got a 2009 f150 lariat crew cab and I love it! One thing that bothers me is the lack of a gas cap. I am not a fan of using the funnel, I have to hold the gas pump and it Doesn't know when to shut off so i get a ton of overflow gas all over the side of my truck.
My question is....
Is there something aftermarket I could use in place of the funnel? Maybe a locking gas cap?

Argh!! I just got the truck two weeks ago and my salesman told me you had to use the funnel for all fuel stops. I've only filled up once since ive had the truck. I didn't even try to pump it without the funnel.

So much I want to say in this thread. But who am I to shoot down his dreams and aspirations?
If only I had a dollar for every thread I've seen over the years of some kid coming on here wanting to get some 10 step process to remove his 4.2 V6 and drop in a V8 or diesel. I mean really, it's almost as bad as the "which tuner" or "any gains from a throttle body spacer?" threads!
