Has ANYONE... (EVER..., SINCE FORD CREATED THE 4.6 LITER 2 VALVE ENGINE AND THE 5.4 LITER 3 VALVE ENGINE) successfully swapped a 1997 4.6 liter 2 valve engine (210,000 miles) with a 5.4 liter 3 valve engine. with less than 10 miles? There has to be someone out there that has made this possible.

I already have all the parts to include the 5.4 liter 3 valve engine and have spent the $$$$$. I cannot turn back now. I will post BEFORE AND AFTER pictures and video. From the responses received so far, it sounds like this project is impossible, but IF I succeed this will be an awesome POWER HOUSE OF A SUV.

I appreciate all the "YOU ARE OVER YOUR HEAD" AND "TOO MUCH OF A HASSLE" OR IT CANNOT BE DONE" responses I have received, but would also appreciate ideas and advice. I have always loved FORD and I want to show all the chevy people that FORD owners can also do great and difficult upgrades on FORD projects. Well today I went to the quicklane at my Ford dealership to get the aligment fixed They told me my frame is bent I looked at it where they showed me and what I see is bent is the area where the lower control arm on the right is bent at the very front. Now I have to get insurace invioved to see about getting this fixed any ideas how much this may cost ball park wise.
