Thumbs down

Here are some of your more memorable messages Kilroy (sorry so long, it could have been alot longer but I was sickened after reading so many of his posts and gave up):

"I'd offer a bounty on every Amway/Amsoil carcass as well as those of right wing neo **** Jerry Falwell following Pat Robertson SUCK UPS."

"Figure it out, junior. This ain't a popular issue, just some lip service to get a few more environmentally conscious voters off of the fence and on his side. This ain't going ANYWHERE after November. Besides that, just how ACCURATE and TRUTHFUL is an outfit billing itself as the "BS News Network. We strive to be accurate 25% of the time." Lay off the drugs, slick."

Kilroy, was the message below a self-description? Fits you pretty well.

"Jim, you oughta know you can't tell that hardhead anything. He'll come right back with, "Blah, blah, blah, CONSPIRACY, blah, blah, blah, YOU SUCK, blah, blah, blah, FORD SUCKS, blah, blah, blah, THEY'RE MEAN TO ME, blah, blah, blah, I'M EDUCATED AND MAKE A LOT OF MONEY AND I'M SMARTER THAN ANYONE HERE, blah, blah, blah." You can present him with fairly concrete, black-and-white information, and he'll keep dancing around, pissing and moaning (I'm still not quite sure that I know the goal behind it), swearing up and down that HE'S RIGHT AND YOU'RE WRONG. I'm hoping he'll hurry up and crash and burn and hit the road."

"Read Prestone's statements, knucklehead. You can read, can't you? I have yet to see a tech consulting an owner's manual for service information-they're not updated with feedback as shop manuals are."

"Uh, dumbass, I guess you've put yourself into the same category as the other asinine, argumentative morons, huh? Didn't read ANY of the information posted from Valvoline, Prestone, or Ford's very own shop manual, huh? The owner's manual is written for non-mechanically inclined people (that would be YOU)..."

" Let me give you morons another round room onto which you can look for a corner to ****: Ford's shop manual is written for draining and refilling the cooling system ONLY, NOT FLUSHING, GET IT?"

"Tell me, morons, EXACTLY what you think would happen by switching? Olga/Sven claims to be an engineer, but has apparently failed chemistry. I am a little curious as to your little explanations aside from "the owner's manual says so."

"Then what, pray tell my little boneheads, will the use of Dex-Cool or switching anit-freezes do?...WOW! I am SOOOOO humbled and IMPRESSED!!!! Please educate me, oh wise ones."

"Rand, whenever your dumbass can spell, or at the very least, differentiate between the use of "your" and "you're," you may talk to me. In the mean time, go back to masturbating in the corner or whatever it is you do best."

Get help Kilroy, for your wife and kids sake (and ours) it's not to late. Yes, they can actually teach you to act human again. Go to this website www.IMALOSER.com and follow it's instructions exactly.

Oh, I never claimed to be smart. If I was smart, I would have gotten degrees in business and economics instead of in science.

I know that some people will never allow themselves to open their minds and place themselves in others' shoes. I understand how sometimes people would rather ignore what's going on. There's comfort in ignoring things that are uncomfortable.

I've spent enough time trying to open your minds and I can see that it's a lost cause. We are at an impass and no matter what I say, I'll never be able to get some of you to see things from a different viewpoint.

I just hope that at some time in the future, you'll remember what I was saying here. It may be of some value, however limited that may be.

Next week, let's celebrate Thanksgiving and remember just why the Pilgrims came here. Let's not forget who helped keep the Pilgrims from starving to death and how we rewarded them years later.

2000Lariat, yeah, I remember Kilroy and his thoughts on antifreeze. I got into it too.

Now look at yourself in the mirror and see if you can tell me that you are any better than he is? I identify with an inclusive political party. We accept everybody. We'll even accept you!

MNFord99, I feel for you. I can understand your situation. I've given public testimony and had people boo me. It ain't fun, but if you keep your cool, you may lose the battle, but in the end you have a better than even chance of winning the war.

At some point, some of the die-hards will have an epiphany and they will finally realize what you were saying was right all along. The transformation of George Wallace is a good example of this.

wow, talk about getting worked up.

Heres the deal. Both candidates are the further from their respective parties than in years. Read Both are almost right down the middle. I like Bush beecause He's not Gore.
Would have prefered McCain, and Ventura Reagan was critisized for his build up of the military but his investment led to a succesful Gulf war, as well as taking us this far. Well we now need to keep paying. As far as military spending, the problem is too much administration and too much congressional pork.
We have people on food stamps that are in the military, that is wrong.
as far as equipment. I'm not going to comment. same on Training.
Comments on Clinton, give me a couple of months and I'll speak freely. I will say this, they took our Ammo when he came to talk to us, and our rifle bolts. That and when he was Actually calling a Senator about deploying soldiers to Bosnia he was getting a Hummer of his own. ( Yes Monica said this in court)

As far as Gays, women or "other " in the military: I don't care. If you can shoot straight, carry a 110 lb ruck, lead by example, take pride in your country, and are willing to do what it takes to be succesful in combat. Thats all that matters.
Hmph Pay raise, yes let me get all excited about another $2.50 a MONTH, while at the same time they take away $100.00 IN HOUSING ALOWANCES. And make me buy the new style Hats for $20.00 Ooohhh.
Why should we get paid more you ask? Ask yourself this, would your portfolio be so good if you knew this country could be invaded any day? If you were on trial and had to hire a lawyer for the death penalty, DO you get the Cheapest or the best? Ask OJ if spending money on a good defense matters.

And ask your self this, do you sleep well at night? do you stay up worrying about what going on in Middle east? Balkans? North Korea? China? Tawain, Russia? Africa, Colombia to name a few? Have you ever gotton a phone call or a knock on the door and then left 3 days before Christmas for an entire year? How much should you pay someone to do these things.
I do what I do out of service to my country and fellow man. and do it rather well.
I don't want your handouts, I don't want your Pity. I don't want to be your social experiment. I just want to be able to accomplish my mission and take care of my troops.

No response necessary I don't expect one.

OH and before one of you dare Say it. I work Two jobs, and my truck only cost 17,000 to start with.

This was kilroy's response to a joke article I posted a month ago. He's a very angry person as you can see.

Dennis,
O.K., I'm not the smartest person in the world, unlike Kilroy (smirk), so I would be the first to admit when I don't understand things. I have never stated that the Republican party is perfect, to me they are just the lesser of two evils.

You also should look in the mirror Dennis, you speak of all the crooks and thieves that have been and will be in the White House without a hint of remorse. Your idea of "as long as I'm making money the president can do anything he wants" only perpetuates the idea that the last administration got away with it, why can't mine. When people start expecting more from their reps, their reps may start working for them in a honorable manner.

Now as far as the comments about cross-burning, bible-thumping and 700 club shows, you guys are so far off-base it's incredible. Of course I wouldn't expect anything else from little Kilroy :P

Regulator,
I liked your post, you hit alot of things on the head that alot of people take for granted.

wow! this is is unbelievable, ever notice the democrats seem to be the ones whining the most. whether it's about recounting votes or just calling people names and trying to brow beat them into submission and onto their side.
dennis: so does that mean every american who owns that breed of dog should be shot for being a **** sympathizer. i'm not sure but i'd bet that dog was born right here in the good 'ol us of a. he probably doesn't even know who hitler or lieberman is, just needed to relieve himself.
that view of always seeing an ulterior meaning is what gets this country into alot of the turmoil we have today. it's a dog taking a leak, no more, no less.
kilroy: i was in the military from '86 to '90 then recalled in '91 for desert storm. i was given a raise every year. maybe you didn't get one because you didn't deserve it. the reason most retirees don't get out of the military has nothing to do with money. i've never met a retiree from the military who was very wealthy. but they are dam proud of what they did for a living. at least they can say their job mattered and quite possibly made life better for the likes of people like you.abrasive, whiny, ingrates who have no idea what it's like to serve your country with pride. don't tell me your a vet because if you were in the military it was only for the free food and housing, not for the oppurtunity to defend your freedom.
btw i'm neither republican or democrat, i vote for whomever seems to make the most sense at the time.

Wow. I had so much more respect for alot of individuals before reading this thread. But, at the same time, I've been seriously entertained. The whole Dog Pissing on the Grassy Knoll conspiracy is hilarious. I thought the whole anti-semite dialog was a joke, but nope. It was real! This whole political correctness project has gotten way out of hand. I actaully heard a woman (or is it womyn?) referred to as a vaginal american. I better be careful when I drive around with my sisters Chow Chow in my truck. People might think I'm a Communist China sympathizer. And now we have "***" comments! Woohoo! Let's bring out the rest! Any blacks in here? Any jews? Oh, heck, let's get the Mexicans too! Crap like that makes me embarassed of being republican. And guess what? I'm also gay. "Holy lord, they're on the internet now! I better keep my kids offline or they're gonna catch the gay!" But I'm very tolerant of others ignorance and hate to a degree. I've had a lifetime to get used to it. So let's keep the bigotry and name calling down to a human level. So with that said, I'm going to go pick the mud out of my tires as soon as I'm done buggering my hairdresser. Geesh. Yes, I did say Republican for those of you playing at home shaking your head. Oh hell, who am I kidding.. let the insults roll!

Anybody who knows anything about advertising knows that you can put subliminal messages in a photograph.

It would be interesting to find out who took that picture.

Say what you want about me, but I don't believe the breed of dog in that picture was a coincidence.

BTW, you can't seriously believe that I would think that only Germans and ***** would own such a dog. You have got to be kidding me!

My point was that particular dog is of German origin and it's not a common breed to own. You're more likely to see a Chihuahua or Terrier than a Miniature Schnauzer out on the road. BTW, the Miniature Schnauzer is the 14th most popular breed. ****er Spaniel is 13th and Pomeranian is 12th. You have an almost 24:1 better chance of seeing a more popular breed than you would the Miniature Schnauzer.

Again, I ask you. Now that you know a bit more about the symbolism of that picture, you still don't see anything wrong with it?

Regulator, you will hear few arguments from me concerning what you posted. I will say, however, that yes. Yes, I can sleep at night secure in my bed. I'm sure that the chances of another country invading us in the foreseeable future is slim. I'm more afraid of terrorist attacks than I am of invasion by a military force.

I'm more afraid of my neighbors going postal than I am of an invasion. I'm more afraid of getting bitten by a stray dog, than I am of an invasion. I'm more afraid of being a victim of road rage, than I am of an invasion.

I am more worried about problems internal to our country than I am about an invasion by a foreign military force.

As far as war goes, let me ask this. When WWII hit, were we geared up for it? Did we have all the ships, subs, weapons, and aircraft to fight that war from the day that Pearl was bombed? Did we already have the men trained and ready for combat that we needed?

I don't see a war like WWII ever happening in my lifetime. I'm not even sure I'll see anything even on the scale of the Vietnam War again. These days, the war is more economics than it is military might.

With the rest of the world powers scaling back their military, we should be scaling back ours too. Hell, I don't know why we're still in Okinawa. The Japanese can defend themselves or they can do what Kuwait did. They can hire us when they need us. They can afford it.

Regulator, btw. While I have never gotten a knock on the door, I have a cousin's wife and friends who's grandparents and other relatives did. They were given a few days notice. They lost everything they owned anyway. They were sent to "internment" camps because they were different. They were thought to be enemies of the state. Whole families were uprooted. I'm not talking about what happened to the Jews in Germany. I'm talking about the Japanese-Americans who were living in the US.

In spite of this, do you know what the young male JAs did? They joined the Army and went to Europe as the 442nd Battalion and were treated like they were expendable commodities. And do you know what they did? They saved a bunch of Texans who were left stranded on a hill and nobody else was able to get to them. The 442 suffered major loss of life to save those few boys from Texas. The 442 left that war as the most decorated battalion. Why? Because they loved their country and they didn't want to shame their parents who were still in the camps.

Bottom line. I'm more afraid of what we can do to ourselves than I am of what any other country can do to us. The cavalier attitude some people have about that picture is just one example of the insensitive and uncaring society that we have become.

I guess to some of you, it's better to attack me about that picture than it is to admit that I could be the least bit right. So be it. Flame away while I'm helping at the local foodbank for a couple of hours.

Dennis. I didn't see any one attacking you because of what YOU see in the picture. I do see a lot of backs getting up, however, because of what you insist WE should see in the picture. You have your opinion man, and I'll defend your right to have it. But please stop trying to jam your view of the world down my throat! It's a dog peeing on a sign.

Yes, thanks to the veterans and active duty out there who give more than the average american will ever realize.
Now, I am going to bow out of this thread as it no longer serves a useful purpose. I must apologize as I have already stooped to low to get nearer Kilroy's level and frankly, I find it disturbing. It has been entertaining though.
