Officially, my 2003 Screw replaced my 99 Scab. Before that were all cars. I had a 92 Grand Am HO Quad 4 stick & GF had 91 Cavalier Z24 auto. Wife (GF at the time) wanted an Explorer. More usefulness in a full sized pickup for less money. F-150's have been primarily my wife's daily driver until last year when we got a 3rd vehicle. When we turn in that vehicle in about 4 months, I'll be DD (65 miles) the Screw.

Wow, I was reviewing this thread and had to comment on the end of my old 1991 S10. I gave it to my dad in '95 to use as a farm truck. He sold it to one of his hired hands a little before I posted in this thread. The hired hand decided it was a good idea to get drunk and stoned and drive through a fence in rural Arkansas at 2 AM. The hired hand then decided it was a good idea to beat on a complete stranger's front door with a baseball bat until they let him in the house. Unfortunately for the hired hand, the owner of the house had three kids at home and a 12 gauge. As soon as the door came open the hired hand was D.R.T. (dead right there).

For anyone wondering if it is a good idea to beat on someone's front door with a baseball bat in rural Arkansas at 2AM, it isn't. Evryone is armed and they know they cops can't make it to the house within an hour. They also know that if there are bat marks on the front door the cops don't ask many questions.
