im going to stick it out...i bought a generator and had it wired to my house and i also bought a window a/c unit...but the bad thing is that my mom invited all of her friends to stay with us so its going to be miserable...only good thing is that they are all bringing gas for the generator since we are letting them stay...

 

well hopefully you are safe.


my mom booked a hotel about a week ago, so we'd be good no matter what. id rather stick it out at home, because i didnt think gustav would gain that much momentum but hes getting there quickly. i hope you guys are safe, as long as you have power keep us updated!

yeah i will have power but i dont know about internet i have att so i hope that it will be up and running...yeah we had 2 hotel rooms but gave it to some friends since we are safe to stay...if u dont mind me asking where did u land at staying because i heard its crazy everywhere around here

matt, we were jumpin around alot, and finally decided on san antonio. we had a room in nacogdoches but had problems with it so we just shot up to san antonio.
