Pretty nice Saturday so far down here in Houston -- slept in, took the Ranger out for about a 40-mile back road drive, and then put it up on ramps to change the oil. Had a little lunch (Subway) out in the garage listening to some tunes and waited for the oil to drain, then did a few little odd jobs around the yard. Tonight I'm either going to go grab some BBQ at a little local place I like or head to a car show they are having at a shopping center not far from where we live.....

195 miles around Oklahoma today. Filled up the edge this am and refilled this evening for the trip home. Lieometer showed 24.5 mpg but only used a 1/4 tank all day. Filled up hand calculated and it was off almost 5mpg. Very strange

Just finished up sealant and wax on the 01 M Class. Appiled the sealant last night and let it sit over night until about 1pm today. Came off easy then applied the blackfire Carnuba. With it sitting out in the sun all the time now wanted to protect the paint best way possible. Especially after seeing the cavailer shed clear over the last year.

Shes looks pretty good for a 01 with 141k on the ticker

Some ****weed backed into it last week and put a gouge on the freshly painted new front bumper . Bout to put a dash cam in this one also.

That looks great! What did you end up using for a sealant? Blackfire?

Rained everyday since I washed it this past weekend...leaving Friday to go camping so I'm sure the campground will be muddy.

Right on! I used to be in Miami Beach once a month for a few years. I would go down with a local friend to fish in the keys as well as Lake Okeechobee for sun fish, Just North of Ft. Lauderdale.
