Let's start over......
You couldn't pay me enough to drive a 2005 5.4 4x4
I paid 8k more for my brand new 5.0

As these modern trucks get older it will be interesting to see which ones become the
most collectible. With the 60's, 70's and 80's era trucks, the regular cab short boxes seem to be the Holy Grail. Now that we are in a period where the crew cab trucks are probably the most popular when new, will that be the configuration that is most sought after as these vehicles reach the 20-30 year mark?

I think you will see the aftermarket step in and fill that role -- we're already seeing it with the electronics in some of the late-80's to early-90's vehicles. With the volumes these trucks were produced in, I've got to believe there will be money to be made for someone to make a nice little living providing this type of service!
My 5.4 3 valve was great for the 6 months and 10k miles I had it
I'm not sure this move is ever going to end. put 600 miles on the truck back and forth since Tuesday. Finally starting to feel like we are almost done . Think it seems longer cause we helped the SIL move then 3 days later we started our move.
