Fixed two sprinkler heads. Reached 100, at least the humidity is down to 35 percent.

 

I was on a job over in San Antonio today and was sweating so bad I was dripping sweat all over the subfloor I was looking at -- kinda gross but I'm a heavy sweater.....

 

Glad you're staying busy at work...a lot of people are depending on your tax dollars!!! Doing OK on this end so far. Hope the Taurus is treating you right and the truck too!

 

We hit 99 yesterday but the humidity was way above 35%. Heat index temps have been in the 105 to 110 range.

 

Time of year when I walk out the house and my glasses fog up...it feels like going into a sauna room. We get about the same weather as the Houston area but usually a day later.

 

 

Trying to decide if I want to make the drive to do some racing tonight. Can't wait until the cool weather hit around October and I'll get her in the 12s

 

Spent most of the day getting ready for the big family summer vacation -- heading out to the airport bright and early tomorrow morning! Flying into Reno and then driving up to Lake Tahoe for the week -- I was hoping for nice cool temperatures, but it looks as if the forecast is calling for highs around 90 most of the time we are there......

 

Airport?? Come on

Thats part of vacation is driving for hours and hours with the wife and kid, Even though my kid starts asking are we there after a hour.

Can't wait for October when we head for colorado

 

I thought about doing a road trip, but at the end of the day I decided I didn't want to waste all of my vacation time staring out the windshield and listening to the wife and kid whining about how long the drive was! Plus, I like to save some vacation time for the Fall when the weather is cooler, the wife and kid are back at school, and I can take a week or two off from work and spend some quality time with my babies out in the garage......
