Wow -- a bunch or early risers around here this morning.....

This morning was a rarity for me -- the kid is up at grandma's for the night, so I didn't have to wake up and make him breakfast or pack him lunch, and the wife had to head off to work for her last day of the school year! That means I got to be the last one out of bed around here -- can't remember the last time that happened.....

 

Been spending the past few days here...

Mother natures alarm gets me up early!!

 

Nice...and all I got to see was League City, Texas!!

 

Haha! Well it's a Margaritaville resort, so it'll more than likely be old, balding coconut-oiled parrotheads.

 

Sounds like ddellwo's kind of place, he'll fit right in!

 

And Bluejay wants to go to a place where he can run around nekkid by the pool

 

I have that place already.

 

Nice! I'm lucky that one of my major clients is the City of Miami Beach. I get to head down regularly and enjoy the "Scenery"

 

 

The wife and I are going to grab some lunch and then go fetch the boy after a couple of days at grandma's -- back to the mundane life of being a parent.....

 

Maw and I are watching the 8 and 3 year old grandsons today. Energetic little rascals!

 

Just finished watching a movie about Dizzy Dean the great baseball pitcher from the 1930's. My Dad use to tell me how great he was on the mound. I remember him best announcing the ball games on the weekends when people watched baseball games on TV!!

 

I haven't seen that old Falstaff logo in forever -- it wasn't a brand we had back in Minnesota, but I collected beer cans back in the day, so I was familiar with it!
