Let's start over......
Got almost up to 80 here where I'm working yesterday...now there's snow in the Black Hills and rain back where I live and temps are going to get colder as the week goes on
So winter will make a comeback this week up there. Mid 80's again down here today...Alexandria, La. hit 89 yesterday so I guess we went from cold to rainy and right into summer!
Spring and fall always have wild swings up here....it's weird sometimes how the state can vary from west to east
Pretty cool...just gotta watch out for mile marker and roadside reflector posts....that would hurt if they missed one of those
It is crazy...we have some of the craziest weather down here. A lot of people in Louisiana are trying to dry out from the flooding from the heavy rain last week. 20 inches of rain in 2 days is nuts even for Louisiana. The Pearl River where Louisiana and Mississippi meet is close to covering I-10 and I-59 and shutting down traffic. I've only seen this happen a few times in the last 45 yrs.
The Sabine and the Trinity were flooded according to our news last night.

Have a few pics, didn't take any before since I thought it would be a "easy" detail. Boy was I wrong. Went through 1 clay bar on just the hood and passenger front fender. About 4 hours claying whole vehicle yesterday, then did finishthe hood with compound, polish, sealant and wax. Got the passenger side all finished, Figure I'll be done by Thursday. Once I'm done I'll pull it out and get some good sun shots etc. With all this damn wind etc it's hard to keep the vehicle clean. That's why I'm just doing 1 side at a time.
Not bad considering its 14 year old paint that has probably never seen anything but a automatic car wash (horrible swirls)
