Today's chore. Painting a wooden rocker that sits on the patio. Really irritates me, it's pretty teak wood. She wants it red.
That has always bothered me too. I have never understood painting over nice wood.
I have an old Chickering upright piano that I took as payment for a small job I did years ago. The lady that owned it painted some kind of a crappy "antique" white. I removed some of that crap and the wood is beautiful.......Go figure
Over 500 miles today. Thanks to Patrick he found a M Class that was exactly what dad was looking for. Ran up and picked it up today. Pretty good trip but had my first EB issue getting on to 20 in abilene, Think Jim and Patrick must've jinxed me, but it fell on its face, wouldn't go above 40, cel flashing. Pulled over and let it idle for a Lil and it was good to go.
Somewhere around 6800lbs and it did great coming back, pure pleasure to tow with.
And a little redemption video running up Ranger Hill loaded down half throttle and it stayed at 70mph
