We had to re-schedule Halloween to last night because of the bad weather expected late this evening. Surprised how many people turned out at my daughter's house with all of the football games going on.

Another Halloween in the books with the boy -- at 9-years-old I'm thinking there will probably only be a couple more before he's too old to do the trick-or-treating thing and that phase of parenthood is over for the wife and I. Had a really nice night to be out this evening, although I can remember plenty of Halloween's where Houston's heat and humidity made it kind of sticky to be out and about.
Love it! I wish I could send it to my BIL who is a big Chevy guy, but he doesn't have a sense of humor that would allow him to see that as anything other than a personal affront!
Pretty good Sunday so far -- the Vikes pulled out a last-second win in Chicago and now hopefully the Broncos can put a licking on the hated Green Bay Packers tonight up in Denver......
Tire shopping again.. I found a nice set of OEM 20's that is like Patrick's but for the price of 1k i'm iffy if i want to trust the OEM tires.. Most are known not to last very long. I don't want to pay for those then have to replace tires a year or two down the road.
I was looking at Toyo's but they weigh a crap ton. I compared the Toyo to the Michelin and the Michelin was almost 12lbs lighter a tire!
Really thinking about the Michelin Defender LTX's, 70k mile warranty and never had a problem with Michelin except for hurting the pocket book. This came at a bad time cause i was really wanting to find a grille and surround but tires are more important, I guess.
