Let's start over......
I wish people would know what yhe value is on stuff they sale on craigslist. Found a set of lariat tow mirrors he wants $500 can order same ones from fairway ford for 250. Also found a Ranch Hand and this guy wants 600 for it. Brand new 450ish, then found Fx2 wheels he wants 1k. Can find em in dfw for 400ish.

I've seen this for a while now: financing options on phones. This behavior is why this country is nose diving right into the ground. 0 down on a phone. Unreal. Its like people on aid: no frills yet I see them buying codes, sweets and plenty of non essential items. I really wish I could clean out the fools who make this possible. Infuriating
The whole wall project....from start to finish
start of cement board install....

fiber taped and mudded cement board seems...

first rows of rock panels....its very important not to exceed three feet in height the for the first day.....need to let it set for 24 hours before going the rest of the way up...

flagstone window sill ledge installed....

got the stone panels this far a couple of days ago along with trying to make my own corners for the window....

pretty much got it completed tonight....

debated all day what to do above the window, so putting in a trim board cut to the remaining difference was the best way I figured on doing this....I was not going to rip those panels with a dry cut saw....

FWIW with all this talk about driving tests, I never did a driving practical, just a written test. (I took drivers ed)
We did have a sweet Chevy Metro to drive for our class

Same thing for me...took my test driving in a Rambler in driver's ed. Took my written test and that was it. Going on 52 yrs ago wow!

took it for insurance discounts....

My dad bought a '62 Volvo P-1800...don't know what he was thinking that day! Didn't keep it long.

Here's what a Rambler looked like for you young 'uns!
