Lockport is a real small town and not too many kids to choose from. Central Lafourche is the high school and they draw student's from a larger area so they will have better players. Amazingly most of the kids down here would rather be hunting or fishing then playing sports. In fact my grandson would like to going with his step dad this evening for the black powder season that's opening up this weekend.

He stood in my wedding in 1969 when he was about 12 yrs old. Mid 50's now...his sister's son is the good golfer and is my oldest daughter's Godchild. They live in the Sienna Plantation area. My other nephew lives in the Friendswood area and work's at NASA.
