Breckenridge, TX is about 70 miles north east of Abilene, or about 125 miles west of Fort Worth.

Got close to 2 inches of rain today and decided to drive through the back gate off the main road. pulled off in there and didnt seem to bad at first, about half way to the house the truck started to really start slide around but was able to keep it going. Went around the last turn before the house and the rearend slid around and into a previous rut from our last major rain. If it wasnt for the gosh darn traction control crap i could get it out.. But its limiting the power to the truck, gonna have to hook up a atv tomorrow morning and pull it out.

Elocker acts like its close to getting me out, but right when i start to get it moving the damn tc starts flashing and reduces power.. I have never understood why the tc is still active even after manually turning it off.

Sounds like 4WD would be useful . . .

Still not worth the $4k extra and eventual repairs though.
