Yep. Had it aligned a few days after the leveling kit install. The alignment was done by a local shop. I know the owner pretty well, and I mentioned the noise to him. When I picked it up later that day he said he made some toe adjustments for the alignment but didn't see any other front end issues. The truck only has 25k miles. He said the noise could have something to do with the 10 ply tires, but they are new too.

If they are, it's too soon to tell. They've only got about 5k miles on them. It occurred to me that my wheels are only 7.5" wide, and the tires are 285 wide (11.5"). Perhaps they are being squeezed inward too much and the tread isn't making evenly distributed contact with the road? Or did I just make something up?

Well I'm about to put some new wheels on the truck. They'll be either 8.5" or 9" wide. So I'll get back to you after the wheels are on Thanks Pat.
