snow CAN be moved at least but when it melts it can produce the same results....

A local park in Sioux Falls called "Falls Park" pretty much where Sioux Falls got its name from...

Here are the falls a day ago after the big rains...



Normal flow looks like this....



back in spring of 2010...flooding due to snow melt plus heavy rains...

yer truck gets stuck on wet grass too.....

if you would of only seen the parking for the soccer tourney this weekend....it was on a fresh cut alfalfa field....didn't take long with all the rain falling, for the dirt to be mud and people vehicles started to slip, slide, sink and get stuck....thank goodness I found a spot in a church parking lot a block away....
