Well, I SHOULD have a few brownie points left with Faster, but Patrick gets a deduction.

What we need is another 4.6 vs 5.4 thread. For old times sake. Haha.

Nice job Will, I lost 45-50lbs freshman year of college. Kept it off and have continued to trim up. I went from over 200 to now 173. My original drop was 217 to 165. I lift more so it has gone up... been getting much more definition and have started to get abs... hopefully a 6 pack by xmas. Well on my way. It's a lifestyle change. I'm in very fit condition due to the extreme amounts of cardio I do and strength training.
I have about four six packs. lol

I'm a big guy anyway. I could stand to lose probably sixty pounds and be fine with it. I weighed about 240 when my wife and I got married almost 19 years ago, I was 24. I've got all the muscle tone, it's just well hidden. lol

It's cool though. I weigh myself when I get home from work and again in the morning after getting ready for work. I can tell by the scale that I am losing weight daily. If I start walking the track at the neighborhood playground the weight will peel off quicker.

Right, and I kept running out of key boards. I think I purchased my first sippy cup somewhere in the middle of that thread. Didn't last long tho, the lid would stay tight. Either I dumped a gallon going for a sip of hot coffee or I knocked the thing over and the stupid lid flopped off. The dog chewed the handle off and munched on the the lid a little. Microwaved to long, couldn't handle the radiation, BUT,the lid fit better after that. Cool, -it just looked like hell. So now, for some reason with every sip, a mustache hair got plucked. What a pain, the dang dog chewed in a trap, ruined it. Anyways, I'd complain for a bit, forget about until the next sip. Finally chucked it. Horrible experience - I gave up coffee.
