I just got a good chuckle from that pic... I'll tell you why:

Anytime I see someone driving a bigass lifted truck, jacked up to the sky, it's always a little guy like that who is driving it.

We have known each other for 11 years.
After dating for 5 years we decided to get married. We had our beautiful son a year later.

When we got engaged, she asked me what was most important to me if we were to be married.
I told her:
Inspiration - I need someone who wants to live life, not watch it on the tv.
Motivation - I need some one who will motivate them selves to be better
No FAT CHICKS - If my wife were to get fat because she let her self go, I would consign my self to masturbating to **** for the rest of my days when ever I felt I needed to get off.

Diabetes, hormones, glandular problems , and things of the nature that can not be helped deserve sympathy and understanding.

Being overweight because you are lazy and unmotivated and can't stop feeding your face is something I can't stand. It says to me you don't care enough about your self to make a change. That is not a role model I want for my child.

I know I might sound like a **** but my wife totally respected me. She didn't want to marry a fat guy either, however women in general don't seem to be the voyeurs that men are. Of course they are just as curious, but women don't tend to be so voyeuristic ally driven.

If you are not happy with her physique now, then you will not be happy marrying her and in turn you will become one more unhappy couple that we have to deal with (or watch on jerry springer). You'll be bitchin' and moaning. She will catch you looking at **** and get all self conscious (way too late btw).

All you have is your time man so why spend it with some one who doesn't fulfill you.
Look at tit this way, obviously you don't fulfill her.....other wise she wouldn't be turning into a fat ***. Instead you are placating her and she is not taking the initiative to better herself.

I didn't read this whole thread, I didn't need too. I hear this all the time.
Be a man and tell her to lose the weight. Tell her you don't like that part of the person she is becoming. Let her cry. NO ONE NEEDS TO BE FAT.
We are the fattest country on the planet. WTF

Didnt read the whole thread...

When the g/f and I got together nearly 2 years ago, we weren't super models, but not overweight. Both of us over the first year and half gained about 60lbs. Granted that doesn't look as bad on me as it does her, we still gained about equal.

We have quit eating out, cut down our portions, and started working out again. We are both trying hard to lose weight. I'm losing it faster then her, but thats just the way it normally works.

I didn't get with her for looks. I got with her because of her personality. She is great, and I consider her my best friend. She knows she is over weight, and hates it. Atleast she is trying to lose weight. If you get with someone just because they have a nice piece of @ss that is doomed from the start. I had plenty of those throughout the years, still get them coming after me from time to time. They just arent worth it.

That's just my 2 cents...

ONLY ONE THING TO SAY......YOU SHOULD HAVE RAN WHEN YOU SAW HER MOM!!!

That the number one rule when looking for a long term chick! They almost always look like their mom when they get older.

Also,

Maybe she went to hell after the abortion because she is depressed about it. I don't want to get into what I think about it but that is a major life changing decision that she will have to deal with and think about for the rest of her life.

Have Tony Robbins put the whammy on you. It worked in that movie "Shallow Hal" until his bud went and messed it up on him.

If you are not happy then leave her before you get married instead of making your life miserabe and screwing up hers.

I lifted my truck to make it proportional to me. I'm a pretty LARGE guy, 6'1" and 350ish.
O/P if you love the gal you will stay with her. When I meet my fiance I was like 250ish I have put on 100 lbs or so partially to medical reasons and partially to me alittle lazy. But she has stayed with me thru the weight gain and she has packed on 20ish but I'm keeping her forever.

To stay or not to stay? THAT is the question...

In my experience, love is blind. What I mean is I've usually dated girls that most would consider slim, however back in February of last year I dated a heavier girl for the first time. It didn't occur to me that she was heavy when we dated, and I think it's because I had known her nearly my whole life and saw more of her personality than her looks. She ended up having some serious mental issues and that I didn't care to deal with, so I ended it, and only then did I realize she was heavier than the normal girl I'd go after. That being said, I think if you're unable to move past the "she's heavier than I care for", then you're with her for the wrong reasons...regardless of how much time you've invested into it. Just my $.02. Good luck with your decision...
