Took my "NEW" key to the dealer. No charge for the cutting, and the guy even programmed it for me.

You have to program the key, and ya have to program the remote. It is a two step process. I can describe it better than I can type it. PM me if ya want me to walk ya through it over the phone. The directions that I read were not what the guy did...

I am so PISSSSSSSSSSSSSED! I got my definitely NOT new key in the mail today. It's worse than the first one. There's more gouges on the back, the frickin' key blank sits off-center, and the blank is gouged too. Now I'm livid.
All I want is the NEW key that the auction clearly states that I purchased, and I wanted it Monday when I received the first used key.
I WOULD NOT buy anything from this seller ever again, and consider yourself lucky if you got a real new key.

Its actually newish... SO, I am going to keep both keys. He did not send new keys like stated...so I am not going to hold up my end of the bargain. I sent the guy and email for the first key, and he send me another and did not ask for shipping. Oh well, at least you got two for one. I just dont understand how they can be used, and never cut

By the way, I know you are PISSSSSSSSED, but your quote "I got my definitely NOT new key in the mail today" made me laugh my *** off.

So your "new" key was not new either?
I was looking through his feedback and there are a lot of complaints of used keys, and A LOT of the complaints were mutually withdrawn. This guy is a real schmuck. I sent him another email, I'll wait for his response, but it looks like I'll be keeping both keys too.
My *** is really chapped over this. If the auction stated it was used I wouldn't be mad with the condition, but the auction CLEARLY states they are new.

And they can be used and not cut because there is a way to replace the blades. I'm not sure where they'd get used keys though. Don't people need them to start their cars?
They're probably stolen or something.

He got back to me and said he'd give me a full refund and to send the key back.
I told him to issue the refund and I'd leave him positive feedback.
If the refund posts I'll probably send back the crap key I got today and just keep the other one. I don't even want to keep the crooked one. I'm too OCD to use it.

Well I got the keys cut and they DO NOT WORK!!!
They won't even turn in the ignition. It seems as though my '05 truck key is a little shorted than the whatever-the-hell-it-went-to key that they sent me through ebay. So it's not going to work for me. Now I'm just waiting for my refund that I was promised "immediately" last night.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER (remotehub) - HE IS A FRAUD.
If I don't get my refund today I'm filing a complaint with ebay.

Shine's key was used too. He's just not as pissed as I am about it because his looks ok.
I know I assumed the risk it wouldn't work after being cut, and aparantly I got screwed there, but what really pisses me off the most is this guys games.
First, I got a used key when the auction clearly states the condition as new.
Then, I complained and he said they were sending me a "new" key and that he would refund my shipping.
After that I got another used key, this one worse than the first, and my shipping was not refunded.
Last night he says he'll issue me a refund immediately and for me to send the key back.
Today - still no refund.

I just want my money back and to send him back his keys. That's all. If I don't get it today I'm leaving him negative feedback and filing a complaint with ebay.
And if I were you I sure wouldn't order from this *** clown.

It will not work after the key is cut... Because you have to program it. Not trying to pour salt in a wound.

If it is not programmed it will still turn in the ignition, it will just not start the car, correct?
I followed the programming procedure in the manual where you insert key 1 and turn it to the on postion, remove, insert key 2, do the same, and then insert the new key and do the same.
The key will not even turn in the ignition.
They were cut by my Ford dealer, but they do not look like they match up perfectly. The contours are right, but the new key looks to be a little bit narrower than my original one.
