I selected 'NO' for every answer. I also selected 'HIGH' for importance.

It wasn't even close, Ron Paul blew everybody away with 73.91%

Second place was Kusinich at 47.84%, even he must think Pauls' elevator doesn't stop on all the floors.

That said, the only combo I could vote 'R' is if the 'D' is Hillary and the 'R' is Ron Paul.
It would make me sick to see her win but, I can't pull the lever for a Bush clone.
I don't want a Bush clone either. The guy couldn't find his veto pen for 6 1/2 years for chrissake.

On political theory we're very close.
You are just upside down on all the issues.

Voting is a civic duty but, some of us answer a higher call.
I recall one November it was raining and the wind was howling and the polls were about to close.

My wife said, "You aren't going out in this weather are you?"

As I opened the door and braced against the storm, I shouted back out to her;
"I've got to cancel out Odin's vote!"

I was sure you voted absentee ballots.

Only if they aren't military votes. Then they throw them out completely.

HAH! I ain't skeered of Burt since he became kindler and gentler.

Though there was a time the mere mention of his name would give me paws.
It was as if a house was about to drop on you, in a loquacious sense.

Let me get this straight... You're accusing Burt of being a "compasssionate conservative?"

I read a 2007 political post by him and it was a jaw dropper.
I dared not respond or even squirm around in my seat for fear that it was a dream and (poof) it would be gone.

This the one where endorsed Hillary? I'm sorry to break this to you; but, I'm pretty sure that was a joke.

His stance on the war is my biggest hold up on him; but, most of his campaign is pie in the sky hoke. The president isn't king and the Congress isn't going to go for most of it. The guy is a wasted vote from my perspective. If he were to win though, it would be a mess.

While you're active on this thread.....

Do you mind me asking your views on this?

His war stance is a very conservative stance.

Many things can be done with executive orders but more than anything using the bully pulpit to point out their hypocrisies.
